She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Coulter and Reginald Coulter; her sisters, Sharon (Brian Gilbert) and Cora; her in-laws, Malcolm and Greta Barber; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley and Dave Nichols.

She is survived by: her husband Spencer Barber; her children, Chad (Cindy Barber), Jody (Mike Lintott) and Jenna (Chase Pokol); her grandchildren, Taylor (Jordan Barber), Brandy (Wyatt Gamble), Astrid, Sienna, Nate, Violet, Sayde and Aurora; and her great grandchild Wren Barber.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Canadian Cancer Society (http://www.cancer.ca).
