He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Francis and Bella Francis; and his siblings, John, Bernice, Ross, Sam, Jim and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his daughters, Connie (Alan), Charlene and Kelly (Darin); his grandchildren, Nicole (Benjamin), Jonathan, Rebecca (Cullen), Cameron and Evan; his great grandchildren, Moira, Grace, Layla and Luca; and his siblings, Charlie, Bill (Sandi), Walter (Pauline) and Kathleen (Cornelius). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in memory of Tom to either the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Kidney Foundation, or the Canadian Lung Association.
