He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Provençal; his parents, Leona Dunham and Louis Dunham; and his parents-in-law, Winnifred and Paul Provençal.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Hoban (Byron) of Winnipeg, MB and Doug Dunham (Anuschka) of Nanaimo, BC; his grandchildren, Nathan, Penelope and Noah; his siblings, Terry Dunham (Nancy) of Kelowna, BC and Sharon Alexander (Rod) of Flin Flon, MB; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Oswald (Oscar) of Neepawa, MB, Gerry Provençal (Donna) of Airdrie, AB, Denise Woroniuk (Mike) of Flin Flon, MB, Laurelle Cassan (Bob) of Creighton, SK and Reta Provençal (Ally) of Brandon, MB. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to honour Tim may be made directly to the Saskatoon Cancer Clinic or Palliative Care Services with St. Paul's Hospital Foundation.
