We are sad to announce that, on September 8, 2024, at the age of 97, Victor Cookman (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Taylor Cookman and Henry Cookman; and his siblings, Sid Cookman, Pearl Wilson and Stanley Cookman.

He is survived by: his daughter Leila; his son-in-law Dr. Steven Goluboff; his granddaughters, Sarah Goluboff (Donnie Munro) and Shaina Goluboff (Adam Hnatyshyn); his great grandchildren, Skyler, Cohen, Goldie, Sawyer and Piper; and his siblings, Violet Drumheller, Marjorie Fay, Norman and Les Cookman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Western Development Museum, Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation or the Hospice at Glengarda.
