He was predeceased by: his parents, Siu Cheong and Lan Heung; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Yi Kiu Chan; his son Stan (Margot); his siblings, Michael (Jenny), Johnny (Grace) and Leslie; his brother-in-law Tom; his nieces and nephews, Annie (Allan), Kit (Nathan), Topaza and Justin; and his grandchildren, Alex, Nola, Nika, Aidan, Neve and Nano.
