It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wayne Chysyk (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), who passed away on August 30, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas (Nick) and Anne. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Russ (Randalynn), Ryan (Pam), Carlin (Karlie), Melanie (Adrian), Janelle (Tim) and Steve; his siblings, Deb, Dale (Jackie) and Shari (Joe); and his friends, Jim, Tom and Sam. He is also survived by three grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donation in Wayne's memory may be made to Sts Peter & Paul (Melnychuk) Ukrainian Orthodox Church c/o Box 111, Foam Lake SK S0A 1A0 or the Royal University Hospital (Bone Marrow Unit) 103 Hospital Drive, Saskatoon SK S7N 0W8.
