He was predeceased by : his parents, Nick Chirpilo and Sylvia Chirpilo; his daughter Sylvia Lockhart; his former life partner Kathy Weselowski; and his brother-in-law Victor Chudy.

He is survived by : his sons, Trevor and Travis; his sister Angie; his niece Charlotte; and his great-nieces, Raquel and Chelsea.
