He was predeceased by: his wife Fern (Hage); his parents, Elsie Beaumont and Leita Hage; his sister Eileen Lehne; and his siblings-in-law, Vic Lehne, Gord Armstrong and Teddie Hardy.

He is survived by: his family Hanley; his daughter Linda Granat (Mike); his grandchildren, Jesse (Ashley), Matthew (Rocelle) and Caleb (Madeline); his daughter Leslie Gramson (Jock Garrow); his grandson Lawrence (Janelle); his daughter Laurel Beaumont (Bob Porat); his grandson Duncan Ives; his siblings, Gloria Armstrong and Allen Beaumont (Eleanor); his sister-in-law Marilyn Dobie; Allen. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins, his community of friends.
