She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Foss and Marjorie Foss; her husband Gerald Hallam; her siblings, Verla, Everett and Stuart; her children, Patricia and David; her grandson Christopher; her son-in-law Harvey; and her granddaughter-in-law Andrea.

She is survived by: her brother Vernon; her children, Jeanette Nelson, Muriel Stewart (Bob), Dan (Louise), Don (Gayle) and Dale (Denise); and her grandchildren, Bryce, Patricia, Roberta, Joe, Michael, Matthew, Brad, Neil and Mitchell (Isaiah). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
