She was predeceased by: her parents, John Belyk and Minne Belyk; and her brother Orest. She is survived by: her husband Maurice; her children, Pat (Blaine) and Mark (Susan); and her grandchildren, Tim, Jodie (Cody), Nikole, Ryan (Sami), Simon (Emma) and Julietta.
