He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Rollie Smith and Marie Smith; his wife Lorraine Nielson; his children, Nikolina, Stacy and Colin; his grandfather Dale; his grandchildren, Nikolina Jacob (Curtis) of Shaunavon, Dawson of Shaunavon, Walker of Shaunavon, Brandt of Shaunavon, Kohen of Shaunavon, Stacy Smith (Yvonne) of Shaunavon, Stephenie of Shaunavon, Austin of Shaunavon, Wyatt of Shaunavon, Brooke of Shaunavon, Colin Smith (Marla) of Shaunavon, Codee of Shaunavon, Cassidy of Shaunavon, Carissa of Shaunavon and Coy of Shaunavon; and his siblings, Della Simmons (late Roy) of Shaunavon, Wayne Smith (Marlyn) of Edmonton and Gerry Smith (LaVale) of Shaunavon.
