With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jim Ogle (Shaunavon, Saskatchewan), born in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 22, 2025 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Ogle and Roy Ogle; and his son Denny Ogle. He is survived by: his siblings, Beverly, Patti, Judy, Everett, Alice and Dave; his wife Kim (Burgeson); his children, Blair (Reagan), Deanna (Leo), Jesse (Lisa) and Janna; his great grandchildren, Chester and Jones; Nikki, Ethan (Tanner), Rhett (Venera), Layne (Walker), Halle, Berlyn, Addalyn, Abigail and Jack.
Memorial donations can be made to the Memorial Victory Ride Group who provides cultural and language education on the Wood Mountain Lakota First Nation.
