She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Messenger and Pearl Messenger; and her husband Bernie Desautels. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Quan (Les), Doreen Messenger, Ron Messenger (Brenda), Lance Messenger and Margo Messenger (Randy Lysy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
