He is survived by: his sister Amy; his sons, Dannie and Terry (Dawn); his grandchildren, Carter and Gillian; his son John (Sherri); his grandchildren, Denon, Dallas and Amy; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Forbes (Grace), Ken Forbes (Cindy McLean), Gladys Rudolph and Lorrie Forbes.
