He was predeceased by: his common-law partner Rose M Romanyshyn; his former wife Amanda L Cusator; and his parents, Charles M Cusator and Thelma E Cusator. He is survived by: his daughter Amber (Travis); his grandchildren, Arianna and Benson; his stepson Scott Romanyshyn (Cindy); his children, Eric, Kyra and Kevin Romanyshyn (Shelly); his grandchildren, Kale and Quinn; his son Craig Romanyshyn (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Sam and Leonor; and his siblings, Lorne T Cusator and Betty Ann Cusator. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jim to either the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan (200-4545 Parliament Ave, Regina, SK S4W 0G3) or it was also Jim's wish for others to think about planting a tree in memory of someone special in their life.
