With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mae Muriel Atkinson (Shellbrook, Saskatchewan), born in Asquith, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Magnuson and Ethel Magnuson; her husband James Atkinson; her brother Ken; and her stepmother Marjorie.

She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Wasylkowski (Jim) of Marcelin, SK; her grandsons, Michael and Jason (Mio); her great grandchildren, Ionna and Ellena; her grandchild Brandan; her son Rodney (Cathy) of Shellbrook, SK; her granddaughter Rebecca (Chris Dobson); her great grandchild Elka Dobson; her grandchild Blake (Carla Garvie); her great grandchildren, Dash and Lexi Atkinson; her daughter Sherry-Lynn Jensen (Rick) of Canwood, SK; and her grandchildren, Jalisa (Cassandra Olson) and Derek (Agatha).
