He was predeceased by: his wife Stella Kowalchuk; and his parents, Nick Kowalchuk and Mary Kowalchuk. He is survived by: his children, Debra Judy Kowalchuk, Allan Barry Kowalchuk and Brenda Ann Novokovski (Nolan).
