She was predeceased by: her parents, Olger Gjerde and Flora Gjerde (Nora); her son Shane (Douglas); William. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Muir of Scrip; her grandchildren, Wayne Muir (Leah, family: Aidan, Ian) of Lloydminster, AB, Keith Muir (Deb, family: Tiann, Jenna) of Regina, James Muir (Lisa, family: Luke, Oliver, Ben) of Rose Valley and Shelley Muir (Brock Balint, family: Hunter, Noah, Silas, Kate, Cadence); her foster son Dale Hauck (Violet); her son Michael (Kathy, family: Ari, Leona); and her siblings, Wilford Gjerde, Clifford Gjerde, Gerald Gjerde (Dianne), Brenda Prevost (Gord), Margaret Dowling (Bill) and Heather Hannah (Robin). She is also survived by 21 nieces, nephews and numerous extended families.
