He was predeceased by: his wife Iris Heppner. He is survived by: his children, Lamont Heppner (Cecilia), Katherine Cross (Brian), Lavern Heppner, Mark Heppner (Robin), Gina Bernier (John) and Myles Heppner (Jamell); and his grandchildren, Clay Tiegen (Jodie), Shelley Phoenix, Colin Heppner, Wayne Heppner (Ashley), Sirena Heppner, Melissa Heppner, Nicole Heppner, Brandie Turgeon (Ryan), Dylan Heppner (Jodi), Kyle Heppner, Alexandria Bernier, Mathew Heppner (Taylor), Sarah Baillie (Cody), Kayla Nikkol (Jesse) and Emily Zakreski (Brock). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
