He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Switzer; his daughter Cindy (Kevin); his granddaughter Alicia (Jake); his great grandchildren, Izabella and Sophia; his granddaughter Justine; his daughter Shelley (Dale); his granddaughter Kristen; his great grandchild Noah; his daughter Carla; his grandson Brandon; his great grandchildren, Kate, Jack and Lucy; his grandson Jeremy; and his siblings, Shirley (Alex), Howard, Mabel, Velma (George) and Merle (Rudy).
In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations in memory of Bill may be directed to the charity of the donors choice.
