He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Lewis and Delphina Lewis; his siblings, Gilbert Lewis, Roy Lewis and Rosie Chief; his father-in-law Phillip Crookedneck; and his brother-in-law Roderick Crookedneck.
He is survived by: his significant other Matilda Lewis; his children, Kevin Lewis, Carmen Senger (Darren) and Darla Campbell (T. K.); his grandchildren, Sierra, Sohketa Lewis, Aleksi Houle, Colby, Bryson, Ryla, Kira Senger, Colton, Connor and Caleb Campbell; his great grandchildren, Oakley Senger and Emberlyn Senger; his mother-in-law Margaret Crookedneck; his siblings, Ronnie Lewis (Dawn), Henry Lewis (Arlene), Rema Pahtayken (Walter), Donald Lewis, Ruby Thomas (Lawrence), Doris Carter (Ray) and Lydia Stanley (Kerry); and his siblings-in-law, Bertha Chief (Harvey), Bryan Crookedneck (Nora), Cheweep Crookedneck, Paul Crookedneck (Sandra), Tammy Keewatin (Earl) and Shirley Cardinal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A wake was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Ministikwan School. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
