He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wapass and Ida Wapass; his grandparents, Alexan, Annie Wapass, Douglas and Margaret Dillon; his siblings, Lauraine, Larry, Donna and Caroline; his children, Wendel Ernest, Kevin Wapass and Meaghan Wapass; his nephews, Joseph Wapass and Cody Wapass; his niece Jackie Wapass; his grandchildren, Zianna Curley and Aiden Armstrong; and his brother Carl Wapass.
He is survived by: his nephew Evan Crookedneck; his niece Sara Crookedneck; his daughters, Amanda Wapass (Hugh), Tanya Dawson (Josh) and Kimberly Wapass; his siblings, Rodney (Denise), Loretta, Norman (Patti) and Sandra (Robert); his aunts, Martha Dillon and Aldina Chamakese; his lil boss ladies, Morningstar and Justice; and also Rose Wapass. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
