She is survived by: her children, Garry Waskewitch (Nellie), Myrna Waskewitch, Maxine Waskewitch (Charles Rabbitskin), Gus Waskewitch (Sharon) and Monica Waskewitch; her siblings, Helen John, Rose Watchmaker, Adopted and Dennis Carter; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Whitstone, Kenneth Waskewitch (Mary), Verna Waskewitch (Don), Roland Waskewitch (Linda), Henry Waskewitch (Sharon), Lorna Waskewitch, Janet Waskewitch, Noel Waskewitch, Irvin Waskewitch and Brian Waskewitch. She is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
A wake was held on Thursday, January 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the New Round Hall, Onion Lake Cree Nation, Saskatchewan. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
