She was predeceased by: her brother Bryce Morningchild; her grandfather Dale Morningchild; and her great-grandparents, Edward, Cecile King, Harry Mitsuing and Lily Morningchild.
She is survived by: her parents, Cassandra King and Bradley Morningchild (Leanne Champagne); her siblings, Kingston, Declan, Calin and Zariah; her grandparents, William, Marian King and Lorrine Cantell (Robert Blueeyes); her aunts and uncles, Erin, Cheryl (Joe), Samantha, Matthew (Cara), Jonathan, Natalie (Travis), Daylene (Clayton), Philip (Keshia), Darla, Rene and Lana; and her cousin Natalia Gladue. She is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, and friends.
A wake was held on Wednesday, December 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Simon and Alma Kytwayhat Community Hall, Makwa Sahgaiehcan First Nation, Saskatchewan. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
