He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Brady and Theresa Brady; his siblings, Margaret Hafner (Gary) and Pat Ross (Lyle); and his uncle John Brady.

He is survived by: his children, Angel Vandale (Jeff), Daniel Vandale and Michael Vandale (Candace Lachance); his grandchildren, Nevaya Vandale, Warren Vandale, Mikhaela Ouellette, Telia Ouellette, Ty Ouellette, Samara Vandale, Nehemiah Lachance, Michael Lachance-Brady, Riel Lachance-Brady and Kenzie Lachance-Brady; his siblings, Connie Hayner (Jeff) and Tom Brady Jr.; and his aunt Theresa Brady.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Livelong Community Hall, Livelong, Saskatchewan.
