She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Anne; and her sisters, Wilma Hayes, Valerie Pickunyk and Corrie Chehorsky.
She is survived by: her spouse Zenith Kotyk; her children, Shonna Kotyk and Shane Kotyk; her grandchildren, Shayda Lefrancois and Elvis Lefrancois; and her siblings, John Chehorsky, Claude Chehorsky, Bonnie Prekaski, Adeline Watson, Lu Slobozian, Debbie Dutchak and Yvonne Hearn.
