She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Waselynchuk and Sadie Waselynchuk; her husband William Semeschuk; her son Jody; her siblings, Pete (Lucy), Paul (Joyce), Mike (Helen), Harold Waselynchuk (Jeanette) and Florence Reid (Edward); her siblings-in-law, Alex (Ann), Paul (Annie), George (Julia), John, Pete Semeschuk and Anne Sunduk (Mike); and her son-in-law Mark Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Sharlene Eritz (Terry), Tim Semeschuk (Jackie), Gwen Michaluk, Rodney Semeschuk and Tamara Hamilton; her grandchildren, Heather Eritz-Britton (Matt), Mitchell Eritz (Lisa), Justine Sturgeon (Dan), Breanna Semeschuk (Tristin), Chloe, Chelsea Hamilton (Jerimiah), Daniel Michaluk (Jerilyn), Amy Erikson (Mike) and Laura Bussieres (Kaven); and her great grandchildren, Karly, Will, James Eritz, Leo, Rose Britton, Jacob, Carter Erikson, Clara, Oliver Bussieres and Everett Semeschuk.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Leson's Funeral Home (128 2 Ave, Canora, SK S0A0L0). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Canora Cemetery.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Gloria Semeschuk.
