With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Kardynal of Stenen, Saskatchewan, born in Canora, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 27, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Kardynal and Eva Kardynal; his parents-in-law, Mike and Olga Yalowecky; his siblings, Ann Kozmeniuk, Mary Nelson, Kay Kindratsky and Mike Kardynal; his siblings-in-law, Rose Kardynal, Ann Kardynal, Pete Kozmeniuk, Fred Nelson, Tony Kindratsky and Ed Kaminski; and his niece Pattie Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kardynal; his pet George; his children, Debra Happy (Allan) and Kevin Kardynal (Saira); his granddaughters, Alicia Smith (Chris) and Meagan Yagelniski; his great grandchildren, Lane and Scarlet; his siblings, Mable Kaminski, Carol Herman (Art), Bill (Stella), Joe (June) and Steve; and his sister-in-law Sandy Bynewshewsky (Andy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance or to the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital, Saskatoon, SK, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of John Kardynal.
