He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leier and Agnes Leier; his wife Marilyn Elaine Leier; his daughter Wanda May Leier; his brothers, Gordon Leier (Lois), Donald Leier (Joanne), Arthur Leier (Ollie), George Leier (Irene) and Russell Leier; and his sister-in-law Fern Leier.
He is survived by: his son Eugene Leier; his brothers, Edward Leier (Sandra), Thomas Leier and Adam Leier (Mardell); and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Lopeter (Redge) and Lillian Feil.
