She was predeceased by: her brother Glen. She is survived by: her parents, Fred Ostapovitch and Diana Ostapovitch of Theodore; her siblings, Brenda (Stephen) and Todd (Andrea); and her siblings' children, Kaitlynn and Jared. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
