He was predeceased by: his father Charles Lake. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Lake; his sister Sharon (Peter); his nephew Easton (Anja); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Niklas and Kai; his niece Eliza (Jason); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryker, Dax and Killian.
