He is survived by: his children, Ashley (Brian) and Justin (Chelsie); his wife Pamela; his granddaughters, Skylee and Everley; his siblings, Cindy (Don), Mitch (Ann), Mark and Dale; and his siblings-in-law, Shannon, Sheri and Patrick (Nicole). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews.
