She was predeceased by : her parents, John Doktor and Fruzyna Doktor; her husband Eugene; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Crocker, John Romanchuk and Steve Chyz.

She is survived by : her children, Richard Chyz (Cheryl), David Chyz (Sharon) and Carol Fisher (Teal); her sister Olga Crocker; her sister-in-law Patricia Romanchuk; her grandchildren, Crystal Bernier (Marcel), Heather Sander (Brendan), Kimberly Glazer (Brett), Christopher Chyz (Jen), Mackenzie Fisher, Madison Fisher and Matthew Fisher; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Ryder Bernier, Zoe, Reid Sander, Marek, Alyza Glazer, Dylan and Nate Chyz. She is also survived by several nieces nephews, relatives and friends.

Donations in memory of Helen may be directed to Sts Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church or to the St. Paraskewia Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
