He is survived by: his parents, Tom Blacklock (Shawnda Blacklock) and Joanne Richmond (Wade Richmond); his grandfather Arnie Richmond; his stepsiblings, Dallon Richmond, Madison Smart (Nathan Smart), Morgan Heise (Lauren Ford) and Maxton Heise (Vianna Aiello); his nieces and nephews, Winston, Hudson Smart, Mason and Cassidy-Joyce Richmond; his aunts and uncles, Bobbie Crossman, Carole Thomas, Rick MacLean, Darrell Richmond, Wendy Mathieu (Mick), Laurie Welch (Perry) and Sandra Syroteuk (Kevin); and his cousins, Virginia (Bob), Ian (Carla), Liza, Shaelynn, Dustin, Daman, Keagan, Carsan, Teanna, Raiden, Cruz, Avaya, Tammy, Teri (Randy), Garrett (Samantha), Curtis (Anna), Karly (Ben), Mickey (Gina), Lance (Alyssa), Dallas, Ashley (Alex), Shayna (Bryce), Jenna (Trent), Braedan (Kelly), Austin, Tanner (Janine) and Julie (Tyler).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Circle Hall.
