It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Smith (Wadena, Saskatchewan), who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Smith and Bertha Smith; his children, Jeffery (Annette), Sherlyn (Dave Haley), Richard (Bonnie), Tracy (Wayne Looker), Sherry Lynn and Stacy Dawn; his wife Hazel; his siblings, Verna Carlson, Jean Carlson, Dorothy Braaten, Edith Herd, Arthur, Vera Benson and Earl; and his grandson Dawson Looker. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Late in life Donald developed Parkinson's. The last 1 1/2 years of his life were spent at the Invermay Health Centre where he had exceptional care.
