She was predeceased by : her parents, Art Carlson and Rachel Carlson; and her brother Elman. She is survived by : her children, Sheldon (Janine), Kevin (Tracy) and Candace (Brent); her husband Melvin; her grandchildren, Katie, Sarah, Davin, Taryn, Brett, Jrake and Meagan; her siblings, Charles Carlson (Mary) and Maxine Evenson; and her sister-in-law Ruth MacDonald. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other family members.
