James Lysyshyn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lysyshyn (Wadena, Saskatchewan), who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sister Sonya; his parents, Metro Lysyshyn and Mary Lysyshyn; and his significant other Emily Mary Molnar. He is survived by : his stepchildren, Freda Lysyshin (Andy) of Nipawin, SK and Zolton Molnar (Elaine) of Prince Albert, SK; his granddaughter Amanda Hagel (Jarrett); his great grandchildren, Aidin, Emma-Mae, Sophie Hagel of Regina, SK, Michelle Rommel (Cody), Brayden, Cypress and Ky Rommel of Nipawin; his siblings, Kathy Griffith (Richard) of Saskatoon, SK, Ted Lysyshyn (Joanne) of Saskatoon, SK, Andrew Lysyshin (Freda) of Nipawin, Howard Abrey (Sonya) of Blaine Lake, SK and Edwin Messenger (Mary Lysyshyn) of Kelvington, SK; and his son Jim. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
