She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick Zaleschuk and Helen Zaleschuk (Hilkewich); her husband Ernest Huculiak; her parents-in-law, William and Emily Huculiak (Sawitsky); and her grandson Corey Huculiak.

She is survived by : her children, Terry (Anastasia), Garry (Tammie), Clarence, Ken (Terry-Lynn), David (Leah) and Shirley (Scott); her grandchildren, Candice, Zachary, Christopher, Jessica (James), Danielle, Tyler (Laura), Trent (Nikita), Randall (Kendra), Levi, Emily (Jesse), Olivia and Lane; her great grandchildren, Annie, William, Kennedy, Emerson, Katie and Avery; and her siblings, Rosie (Sherbaniuk), Elmer Zaleschuk (Stella), Ervin Zaleschuk (Elaine), Adeline Sherman (John) and John Zaleschuk.
