He was predeceased by: his mother Verna Buechler (Hammond); and his father-in-law Roy Woolsey. He is survived by: his wife Tracy (Woolsey); his children, Troy and Tamara; his father Neil; his siblings, Brent (Vicki) and Jill; and also Prince Albert.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established on behalf of Curtis at the Saskatoon SPCA, The Second Chance Fund.
