She is survived by: her children, Kent Brunen (Kerri) and Kyle Brunen (Meredith); her grandchildren, Kenedi, Isabella, Jude and Beau; her siblings, Carol Smith (Mel), Merle Diederichs (Beth Gaschler), Sherry Maher (Blair) and Darren Diederichs (Donalee); and her siblings-in-law, James Winkel (Bernadine) and Cheryl Brunen (Daniel). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Parish (3339 Centennial Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7L6V4). A burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1502 2nd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K2G1).
