He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda; and his parents, Walter Kulak and Annie Kulak. He is survived by: his children, Laurie Nesbitt (Garrett) and Greg Kulak (Tamara Chykowski); his granddaughters, Samara, Andreanna, Ayla (Travis) and Dana; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Levi and Fredrik.
