With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mabel Mattson (Watrous, Saskatchewan), who passed away on May 25, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mabel Mattson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Herman; her parents, Harry Coldham and Fanny Coldham; and her sisters, Ella and Edith.

She is survived by : her children, Curtis Mattson, Brenda Schaffel (Dave) and Shelley Rosaasen (Dennis); her grandchildren, Chelsey Schaffel (Nathan Poellet), Arlin Schaffel (Hilary Gough), Tamara Pogoda (Ben) and Breanne Rosaasen (Leslie Churko); her great grandchildren, Milo, Murphy Pogoda and Sloane Mabel Churko; and her siblings-in-law, Gladys McArthur and Paul Hrynkiw of Rosetown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions, a private funeral service will be held Sunday May 30, 2021 at St. Peters Lutheran Cemetery, SE of Meacham.
