She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Kuzek and Maria Kuzek (Loposchuk); her son Ronald; her husband Bill Lukinuk; her siblings, Bill, George, Peter, Nick, John, Metro, Katie Kuzek, Rose Kautzman, Elsie Rogers and Eva Stewart; and her sister-in-law Sophie Kuzek.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Dergousoff (Floyd); her daughter-in-law Betty (Len); her grandchildren, Klarke Dergousoff, Brock Dergousoff (Jennifer) and Scott Lukinuk (Kristina); her great grandchildren, Alex, Hillary, Maren, Morgan, Jazmin, Rachel, Alexis and Brayden; her brother Steve Kuzek (Vera); and her sisters-in-law, Pat Kuzek and Mary Kuzek. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
