She was predeceased by: her husband Leo; her siblings, Henry (Rufina), Frank, Liz Mackey (Ray) and Jo Schleper (Al); and also Lori.

She is survived by: her parent Thel Kay; her great grandchild Mel (Lesley) of Humboldt; her children, Jason (Kim), Logan Kurbis, Shaya Kurbis, Janelle Kurbis (Trent), Elizabeth of Winnipeg, William of Winnipeg, Rick (Susan) of Winnipeg, Nikki (Ray Cossette) of Saskatoon, Matthew of Saskatoon, Daryl (Carol) of Saskatoon, Sean Dumont, Kendra Dumont (Adam), Anna of Saskatoon, Kristofer Ehlert (Zoë), Maiëlla Ehlert, Noëlle Ehlert, Jeremy Ehlert (Elena), Brody, Katherine (Michael Meltzer), Patricia (Michael Schlesinger) and Shawn (Luanne); her sister Amy; her sister-in-law Angeline Reiter (Tom); and also, Sharon of Saskatoon, Bugs and Hinderks. She is also survived by four children, eight grandchildren.
