He was predeceased by : his parents, Olive and Lawrence; and his brother Ken. He is survived by : his wife Gwen; his children, Jeff and Wendy; his son-in-law Ken Slade; and his grandsons, Shane Hirtle, Jesse Hirtle, Shea Slade, Aidan Slade and Brody Slade.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Perpetual Care Fund of a cemetery of your choice, in memory of Wayne.
