It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blaine Arnold Moritz (Weirdale, Saskatchewan), born in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Moritz; his grandparents, Gotlieb, Lillie Moritz, Jacob and Kathleen Goohsen; his in-laws, John and Erma Klassen; and his brother-in-law Don Pfeifer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Shaun Moritz (Bev) and Katherine Moritz; his mother Carole Moritz; his siblings, Janice Pfeifer, Keith Moritz (Arlene) and Vanessa Nordby (Glenn); his brother-in-law Rick Klassen; and his granddaughter Katherine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and honoring his love of family pets past and present, donations in memory of Blaine may be made to the Prince Albert SPCA, 1125 N Industrial Drive, Prince Albert, SK, S6V 5T1.
