She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cowan and Linda Cowan; her siblings, Marjorie (Ernie), Theodore (Yvonne), Dorothy (Ernie), Iola (Don), Murvyn (Joan), Phyllis (Mac), Orval (Priscella), Cecil (Jeanette), Cecilia (Norm) and Norma; her sister-in-law Anne Cowan; her husband Arthur Ward; her son-in-law Ron Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Rodney, Mary Ward, Thelma, Stu Stoup, Verna and Russell Jackson.
She is survived by: her brother Lyle Cowan; her children, Marilyn Thomas, Elaine Nestman (Lloyd), Darcey Ward (Coreen) and Valens Ward (Sharon); her grandchildren, Tricia Shoranick (Shad), Jolynne Thomas, Stacey Nestman (Trudy), Marcie Nestman (Lee Fodi), Alanna Chambers (Mark), Jaclyn Keppler (Stephen), Jenna Kramer (Kai), Brody Ward (Brooke), Lawren Schwindt (Evan) and Correy Ward; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Finn Kalocsai, Aidan, Liam, Judah, Adalyn Nestman, Hiro Nestman-Fodi, Emmy, Halle, Clara Chambers, Kaia, Isabelle Kramer, Brynn, Maklynn, Lewyn Ward and Noah Schwindt.
