He was predeceased by : his parents, Milburn (Jean Leach) and Nick (Mary Prokopishin); his siblings, Gordon Leach (Ann), Harold (Loraine), Fred, Andy (Joy), George Prokopishin (Betty Anne) and Ann Virgin (Ken); and his sister-in-law Bev Prokopishin.

He is survived by : his niece Carrie Prokopishin; his nephew Andrew Leach; his brothers, Arnold Leach (Janet) of Hamilton, ON and Bill Prokopishin of Saskatoon, SK; his sister-in-law Elaine Prokopishin of Humboldt, SK; his son Norman Leach (Maritza) of Edmonton, AB; his granddaughters, Stephanie and Chelsea; his daughter Sheila Leach of Regina, SK; and his grandson Wyatt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins & other relatives and friends.
