He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam and Wasylena; and his wife Adeline. He is survived by : his sons, Jerry (Carol), Doug (Chris) and Wade (Shannon); and his sisters, Stella, Grace and Jane. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
