He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alphonse, Rose Hoffart (Gabb), Peter Gaab, Richard and Vera Westberg; his cousin Taylor Hoffart; his aunt Joanne Wood; and his uncle Don Dorsey.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Hoffart and Charlene Hoffart of Yellow Grass, SK; his brother Preston Hoffart (Zoe Pfeifer) of Moose Jaw, SK; his pet Mitts; and his aunts and uncles, Betty Hoffart, Dennis Hoffart (Val), Donald Hoffart (Robyn), Ronald Hoffart, Carol Leslie (Dwayne), Cindy Bourassa (Don), Terry Westberg (Gina Pappas), Donald Westberg (Marg Holtsman) and Allan Westberg.
